Job Description

KhlasPay is growing its network of PSP, acquirer, and merchant partnerships across Morocco, Africa, and Europe. We're looking for a driven Partnership Manager to identify, close, and manage strategic relationships that drive revenue and platform growth.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial instinct, a deep understanding of the payments landscape, and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and approach new PSP, acquirer, and merchant partners across target markets.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and onboarding terms with strategic partners.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from first contact through to activation.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing PSP and merchant partners.
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for all active partners.
  • Represent KhlasPay at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Commercial Strategy:

  • Work with leadership to define and execute the partnership strategy across new markets.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth partner integrations.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within payments, fintech, or banking.
  • Strong existing network of PSP, acquirer, or merchant contacts is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to structure and close complex deals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and/or French; Arabic a plus.
  • Self-starter who thrives in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
